Beef soup

 

  • The beef we need is the lean meat with the tendon. We need 1/2 Kg per day. Cut or blend it into small pieces.
  • Use a glass pot as big as 6 liter. Put the meat and 2 liter of cool water in the pot.
  • Put the cap on, use small fire and cook it for a whole night (about12 hours).
  • The next morning, you can get 1 liter of soup. Get rid of the meat, just drink the soup.

If you drink the soup when you are hungry, you can absorb 80% of the nutrition in the soup.

Note:

1. you can also eat the meat if you want.

2. You can add 10 small date for flavor, but do not add any other seasons.
