DIET

 

In the morning, the first thing after you get up is to drink one cup of cool water. After a while, you can eat you breakfast.

At lunch time, drink a bowl of beef soup, before you eat you lunch. This makes sure your lunch only make you 70% full.

After lunch, do not eat any food except beef soup or fish soup, fruits and juice. This makes sure your lunch only make you 70% full.
