Self Massage

 

The major premise of the self massage is SLEEP EARLY: 8-9 o’clock is the best, no later than 11 o’clock.

  • Knock the out side of the thigh. 4 hits count a time; each side 50 times per day. Use baby finger side of your fist
  • Use the knuckle of middle or index finger to press the following points. Each point you should press 50 times per day,

Ren17: On the anterior middle line. At the level of the fourth intercostals space.
B60: In the depression between the tip of the external malleolus and tendo calcaneus.
Liv3: On the back of the foot, in the depression anterior to the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones.
P1: in the 4th intercostals space, 1cun lateral to the nipple. (The length between the two nipples is 8cun)
P2:
P3: In the transverse cubital crease, at the ulnar side of the tendon. (Small finger side)
P4: 5cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the two tendons.
P5: 3cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the two tendons.
P6: 2cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, between the two tendons.
P7: in the middle of the transverse crease of the wrist, between the two tendon
P8: between the second and third metacarpal bones, when the fist is clenched, the point is just under the tip of the middle finger
P9: In the center of the tip of the middle finger
Note:

1. The two tendon is refer to m.palmaris longus and m.flexor carpi radialis
2. The length between the transverse cubital crease and the transverse crease of the wrist is 12cun.
